Processing Times
Many items from The Voxel Vault Co. are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be printed, inspected, and prepared for shipment. Larger, customized, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and packaged. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your package has shipped.

Custom Orders
Processing and shipping times for custom 3D prints may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Any significant difference in processing time will be communicated before the custom order is finalized.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. The Voxel Vault Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
