This website is operated by The Voxel Vault Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Voxel Vault Co. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS
The Voxel Vault Co. sells 3D-printed products, including ready-to-order and custom-made items.
Because of the nature of 3D printing, products may have slight variations in color, texture, layer lines, surface finish, dimensions, or other minor characteristics. These variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers requesting a custom print are responsible for providing accurate information, specifications, dimensions, spelling, colors, and other requested details.
We reserve the right to decline any custom-print request.
Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to request reproduction of any designs, logos, artwork, characters, trademarks, or other materials they provide to us. We may refuse a request if we believe it could violate another person's intellectual-property rights.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown when an order is placed will apply to that order unless there is an obvious pricing or listing error.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once printing or production has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if production has not started.
SHIPPING
Processing times and estimated shipping information are provided in our Shipping Policy. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur outside our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Custom or personalized products may have different return eligibility because they are produced specifically for the customer.
PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our 3D-printed products are intended for decorative, collectible, organizational, hobby, or general-use purposes.
Products should not be used as safety equipment, medical devices, food-contact products, load-bearing components, or in applications where failure could cause injury or property damage unless the product is specifically described as suitable for that purpose.
Some products may contain small parts and may not be appropriate for young children. Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and supervising children when necessary.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Voxel Vault Co. name, logo, original photographs, website graphics, written content, and original designs created by The Voxel Vault Co. may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Some products may be produced from designs created by third-party designers and used under applicable licenses. Ownership of those designs remains with their respective rights holders.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this website or our products for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Voxel Vault Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper use, modification, or misuse of our products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
